- Farm-Fresh Dispatch: Orders are carefully packed at our farm and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 working days).
- Delivery Timeline: Express transit takes 2 to 4 business days for metro cities and 4 to 7 business days for the rest of India.
- Shipping Charges: FREE delivery on all orders above ₹799 (flat ₹49 shipping charge for orders below ₹799).
- Payment Terms: 100% secure prepaid checkout via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. (No Cash on Delivery).
- Order Tracking: A live tracking link is sent directly via WhatsApp/SMS as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
2. Purity Guarantee, Returns & Refunds
- 100% Pure Honey Guarantee: We stand behind the purity of our honey. If you have any quality or purity concerns, reach out within 7 days of delivery for a 100% full refund.
- Damaged Shipments: If your jar arrives broken, damaged, or leaking, report it with photos/video within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp for an immediate free replacement.
- Refund Processing: Approved refund requests are processed within 24–48 hours, and funds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank) in 3 to 5 business days.
- Cancellations & Returns: Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch. Unopened jars in original condition can be returned within 7 days. (Opened jars are non-returnable due to food safety standards, unless covered by our Purity Guarantee).
